Shipping, Pickup & Returns

Merchandise can be picked up free at the festival or delivered within Cambodia; delivery is free on merch orders over $60.

Tickets are digital and never shipped; they do not count toward the $60 free-delivery threshold.
4.1 Pickup. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. Items not collected by the end of the event are kept for 30 days and can then be sent at the delivery rate.
4.2 Returns. You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or a different size. Email info@glensara-events.com first. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
4.3 Faulty or wrong items. Tell us within 14 days with a photo. We replace or refund the item and cover delivery.
4.4 Event pickup items. Items picked up at the festival can be exchanged for another size at the merch desk during the event, while stock lasts.
4.5 Not returnable. Personalised items and items marked final sale.
