Every package includes
- An erected tent (3 x 3 m or 6 x 3 m to match your package)
- Standard power connection for the weekend
- Four staff passes covering both event days
- Direct customer access: demonstrate, sell or take bookings for approved activities
- A listing in the official village directory
- General event security and shared-area cleaning
Our NGO policy. A verified Habitat NGO receives its standard 3 x 3 m tent, electricity and four staff passes completely free. For a bigger tent we ask only for a fair contribution toward the extra setup costs, agreed openly in advance. There is no commercial rent for NGOs.
How booking works
- Apply below. It takes two minutes and costs nothing.
- We review your application and confirm your location, activities and safety arrangements.
- Commercial exhibitors pay a 50% deposit to secure the space, and the balance before the festival. NGOs pay no deposit for the free standard package.
