These terms apply to every purchase on glensara-events.com and to entry to Glensara 2027 (the Gauntlet and the Horizon Festival, 1–2 May 2027, Phnom Kulen, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia).

1.1 Who we are. The website and event are operated by Glensara Events, a trading name of ONYX 77 HEALTH AND WELLBEING, a sole proprietorship registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia under no. 5000291641 (TIN E116-2300004044), owner Scott James Collins, registered office Trapeang Treng Village, Sala Kamreuk Commune, Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia (“Glensara”, “we”). 1.2 Agreement. By buying a ticket or product, or by entering the event site, you accept these terms, the Ticket & Refund Policy, the Code of Conduct and, for racers, the Gauntlet Participant Agreement. If you buy for others (for example a team of 4), you confirm they accept them too.

1.3 Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Khmer and international price tiers may apply; we may ask for ID at the gate to check eligibility for a Khmer-price ticket. An order is confirmed only when payment is received and we send a confirmation email. Optional charity donations added at checkout are covered in section 2.8 of the Ticket & Refund Policy.

1.4 Tickets. Each ticket is valid for the days, class (General, Gold Circle, Platinum) and number of people shown on it. Every person must present their own e-ticket or wristband and may be checked against photo ID. Tickets bought from unofficial resellers may be refused.

1.5 Event changes. The programme, line-up, obstacles, course and timings may change for safety, weather, permit or operational reasons. Changes to individual acts or obstacles do not give a right to a refund. Cancellation of the whole event is covered in the Ticket & Refund Policy.

1.6 Your safety and conduct. You take part at your own risk and must follow staff instructions and the Code of Conduct. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks these terms or endangers others, without refund.

1.7 Photos and filming. The event is filmed and photographed for broadcast, social media and promotion. By entering you agree that you may appear in this material without payment. Tell staff if you do not want to be filmed close-up.

1.8 Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Cambodian law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for travel and accommodation costs.

1.9 Website use. Content on this site belongs to Glensara or its partners and may not be copied for commercial use. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

1.10 Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes go to the courts of Siem Reap. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

1.11 Changes. We may update these terms. The version published when you bought applies to your order.
