| Glensara moves the event to new dates | Ticket stays valid; refund on request within 14 days of the announcement |
| One day is cancelled (weather, safety, authorities) | Refund of 50% of a one-day ticket, or 25% of a weekend ticket |
| Programme shortened, an act or obstacle dropped, bad weather | No refund. The event runs rain or shine. |
| You are removed for breaking the rules | No refund |
| You added a donation at checkout | It goes to the charity you chose. You can cancel it within 14 days if it has not been passed on yet (see 2.8) |
2.1 Team tickets. Gauntlet tickets are sold per team of 4. A team can swap members (see 2.2) but cannot be split into individual refunds.
2.2 Transfers and name changes. Email info@glensara-events.com with your order number and the new person’s name and email, until 14 days before the event. Transfers are free. The old e-ticket stops working and a new one is sent.
2.3 Upgrades. You can upgrade to a higher class (General → Gold Circle → Platinum) or to the Master Key while places last, paying the difference. Upgrades can be added in the cart when you buy; after purchase, email info@glensara-events.com with your order number and we send you a payment link for the difference. Downgrades are not refunded.
2.4 Children and Khmer-price tickets. Child and Khmer-price tickets are checked at the gate. If the holder is not eligible, they must pay the difference to enter.
2.5 Lost tickets. Your e-ticket is in your confirmation email and My Account. If you lose your wristband after pickup, a replacement costs $5 at the info point with photo ID.
2.6 Resale. Tickets may not be resold for more than face value. Tickets found on unofficial resale sites may be cancelled.
2.7 How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method (ABA PayWay or PayPal). Bank or card processing times may add a few days.
2.8 Donations. A donation added at checkout is a voluntary gift to the charity you choose. It is separate from the ticket price and shown as its own line on your order.
- Where it goes. We pass on 100% of your donation; Glensara covers the payment fees. We pay donations over to each charity at least every 3 months and after the event, and on request we confirm that yours was passed on.
- Changing your mind or a wrong amount. Email info@glensara-events.com within 14 days of your order and we refund the donation in full, as long as it has not been passed on yet.
- If your order is refunded. If your ticket order is refunded, including when Glensara cancels the event, your donation still goes to the charity unless you ask for it back in your refund request.
- If a charity can no longer accept it. We pass your donation to another listed partner with similar aims and let you know.
- Tax receipts. Glensara Events collects donations on behalf of the charities and is not itself a registered charity, so we cannot issue tax receipts.
